We workout 5 days a week (with weights and cardio) and rest for two days. The program changes week to week to keep it fresh and fun while at the same time teaching you new methods of training.

Group calls are scheduled weekly at times that accommodate members from different time zones across the Arab world. Upon joining, you'll receive a schedule with all upcoming calls, and recordings are available if you miss a session.
Most members report noticeable changes within the first 30 days of following our program consistently. However, significant transformations typically occur after 90 days of dedicated training and nutrition adherence.
